End-to-End Rubber& Composite Production Process
Natural rubber sourced from local farmers and plastic waste collected from communities, creating income while securing consistent, traceable raw materials.
Fresh latex is delivered within 24 hours, weighed, logged, and checked for pH and impurities before being approved for processing.
Liquid latex is coagulated using natural acids, allowing rubber particles to bind while serum separates, forming wet rubber slabs.
Rubber slabs are opened and cut into manageable sections to expose inner surfaces and prepare the material for effective washing.
Rubber is washed in multiple stages to remove acid residues and contaminants, stabilizing the material for downstream processing.
Clean rubber slabs are rolled into uniform sheets with precisely controlled thickness for consistent material behavior.
Rubber sheets are cut into optimized sizes to ensure even heating and controlled mixing during compounding.
Plastic waste is shredded into flakes without melting or extrusion, creating blend-ready material for composite production.
Rubber and plastic are combined in a two-roll mixing mill using heat and shear to form a homogeneous composite material. The Heart of the Factory
